NOTE: We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
NOTE: An extra 1500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays under the minimum stay period.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, make-up table in the room and there is an exit to the pool area.
2.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe in the room.
(Common Bathroom: It is the common use area in the corridor area.)
Living Room: There are living room materials suitable for architecture and seating group, air conditioning, TV, Internet and access to the pool area.
Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there are the island kitchen and dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooker, refrigerator, teapot, kettle and cooking pots, pans, cutlery, etc. materials used in cooking.
Pool: The dimensions of the private pool are 10 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.45 m.
Our villa is max. It has a capacity of 4 people. Water, electricity usage, entrance cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
Note: 3,000 TL is charged as a damage deposit against possible damages upon entering the villa. If there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made on the day of departure, it will be returned exactly.
Garden: There are barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, jacuzzi and garden swings in the garden.
