Villa Stone 4 is located in Fethiye/Kayaköy area. Our villa with detached pool has a wonderful natural look with its stone architecture. The back of our villa is based on a lush forest. Our villa is one of the quietest villas in the region. Our villa is conservative and sheltered. Our villa with a private pool is invisible from the outside. We have 3 more villas with the same architecture and features of this villa. Large families can rent several villas side by side if they wish. It is in the region of Kayaköy Ancient City, which is famous for its world-famous and historical Greek houses. It is also close to Gemiler Beach. Villa Stone 4, which is intertwined with nature, is ready for our guests to spend the most peaceful holiday days with the nature surrounding it.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. It has a capacity of 6 people. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, there is also a communal WC on the ground floor.
There is a carefully prepared pavilion and swing for our guests by the pool.
Unlimited internet, fireplace in the villa and barbecue by the pool are available.
The pool is filtered and overflowed, pool and garden maintenance is done regularly every day.

Pool: There is a private, sheltered pool in the garden. The dimensions of the pool are 7.75 m x 3.80 m; depth is 1.60 m. Pool & garden and maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the morning or evening.
Our villa is max. It has a capacity of 6 people. Water, electricity usage, entrance cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
Note: 3,000 TL is charged as a damage deposit against possible damages upon entering the villa. If there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made on the day of departure, it will be returned exactly.
