Villa Maria is our magnificent 6-person summer villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, communal pool and large garden located in Calis, Fethiye. Our villa is 500 meters from the Calis beach and 3.5 km from the center of Fethiye. Everything has been thought of for our guests in our apartment and there is nothing missing. A peaceful and happy holiday awaits you with your family and loved ones.
Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 6 people and more, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle.
Bedrooms :
1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony.
2.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and shared bathroom/W.
3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony.
Pool : There is a communal swimming pool.
Garden: In the lush garden, there is a swimming pool, children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, garden dining table and chairs, garden sitting group, shower and barbecue.
Our villa is max. It has a capacity of 6 people. Water, electricity usage, entrance cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
Note : Damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken against possible damages at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made on the day of departure, it will be returned exactly.
