NOTE: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Pool : In the pool section; the dimensions of the private swimming pool are 12 m x 4 m; the depth is 1.50 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.
Garden : In the garden; There is a private swimming pool, a 6-person dining table, a drop swing and a stone barbecue.
Our villa is max. It has a capacity of 4 people. Water, electricity usage, entrance cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
Note: 3,000 TL is charged as a damage deposit against possible damages upon entering the villa. If there is no damage, missing, etc. in the control to be made on the day of departure, it will be returned exactly.
