Our duplex apartment is located in Ovacık, Oludeniz, on a 2100 m² plot of land, consisting of 2 blocks / 8 flats, and consists of 3 bedrooms in total. Our house, which was built as a reverse duplex, has an open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms in total, one of which is on the ground floor and 2 of which are en-suite bathrooms.
Living Room & Kitchen: It is built in an open plan and includes a sitting group, TV, 2 balconies.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: It is the main bedroom. There is 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and direct access to the garden.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.
3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and shared bathroom/WC.
Our flat has a communal pool used by 8 flats in total.
